Judge guts lawsuit alleging FBI spied on Muslims

With two rulings issued late Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney dismissed the bulk of a lawsuit accusing the Federal Bureau of Investigation of infiltrating and indiscriminately spying on Muslims in Southern California.
