High Court Lets Immigrant Law Stand

The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a challenge to a California law allowing undocumented immigrants to pay in-state rates to attend public colleges and universities.

WASHINGTON - On the heels of its decision upholding an Arizona immigration law, the U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a challenge to a California law allowing undocumented immigrants to pay in-state tuition rates to attend public colleges and universities, which gives them a lower price than some U.S. citizens would pay.
