Suit Over CIA Testing Narrowed

A federal judge in Oakland dismissed key parts of U.S. Army veterans' case against the CIA and other government agencies claiming they were deliberately exposed to toxins and hazardous materials.

A group of military veterans who claim they were deliberately exposed to chemical weapons during the 1950s and 1960s by the CIA, the U.S. Army and other federal agencies suffered a setback Tuesday when a federal judge in Oakland dismissed a key part of their lawsuit.
