Levi's Drops Suit Against Abercrombie

Less than four months after its trademark dilution lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch Trading Co. was revived by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Levi Strauss & Co. has dropped its complaint.

Less than four months after its trademark dilution lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch Trading Co. was revived by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Levi Strauss & Co. has dropped its complaint.
