Appeals Court May Sanction Orange County DA

A state appellate court may sanction the Orange County district attorney's office for hidding exculpatory evidence.

SANTA ANA - A state appellate court may sanction the Orange County district attorney's office if it finds prosecutors hid exculpatory evidence during a long-running perjury case against a former school official.
