Construction Defect Cases Boom

Construction defect lawyers have seen a surge in litigation, but many are predicting an eventual drop-off once the legal filings catch up with the near-standstill in contsruction.

As construction cranes grind to a near-standstill in California, construction defect lawyers like Peter Sheridan say they've never been busier - but they don't expect the boom to last.
