Judge Okays $50 Million Wells Fargo Deal

A federal judge has approved $25 million in attorneys fees for the lawyers who represented plaintifs against World Savings Bank over so-called pick-a-payment home loans.

Attorneys representing hundreds of thousands of homeowners who claimed they were deceived by gimmicky home loans offered by World Savings Bank will receive $25 million in fees as part of a class settlement.
