'Rising Star'

In three short years, Santa Barbara neutral Louise LaMothe has distinguished herself as someone with a comprehensive grasp on employment law, particularly on discrimination and disability issues. Lately, she's been seeing more employment law disputes revolving around disability. "The typical cases are failure to accommodate a physical disability," LaMothe says.
