Dark Matter

As Californians crank up their air conditioners, blackouts loom over the heads of the state's employers - at least for several more months. Thus far, employers have managed to avoid these man-made disasters that can shut down their businesses, leaving their employees idle and their customers' needs unfulfilled. Employers are asking what, if anything, they can do when the power goes.
