Handling Prevention

Like all other employers, law firms must be proactive in their efforts to prevent sexual harassment. Recent Supreme Court decisions recognize the value of measures designed to prevent and correct inappropriate behavior and the obligation that employees have a means of resolving complaints internally without fear of reprisal. California law follows suit and emphasizes the importance of employee training.
