DA Accused of Marrying In-House to Get Ahead

SANTA ANA - During testimony in which he was grilled for the actions of his office during his tenure as the county's head prosecutor, former Orange County District Attorney Mike Capizzi told the court Friday during Victoria Chen's trial that he didn't see anything wrong with telling female prosecutors that they should "wait until butterflies land on their shoulders" before they could receive promotions.
