Immigrant, U.S. Settle Forcible-Drugging Case

Two immigrants who sued the U.S. Department of Homeland Security saying they were forcibly drugged during failed attempts to deport them agreed to settle their claims Monday. Under the agreement, federal officials will pay Raymond Soeoth and Amadou Diouf $55,000 to drop their federal lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.
