Poker Player Is an Ace at the Mediation Game

LOS ANGELES - To Jack Daniels, mediation is a lot like poker. "There are tells in this game, too," Daniels said, tapping business cards against a tabletop like a pack of cards. And as a neutral player in the game, he considers it his job to read them.
