Walter Chung


In his often volatile field of pension law, Chung said he tries to "remain as anonymous as possible" in getting the job done.


Among Chung's recent wins, the San Diego County Superior Court in April ruled that the city's retiree health benefit isn't a vested right for employees, and that the benefit can be changed without approval of employees.
