Judge Certifies Grocery Class Actions

Grocery chains Ralphs and Albertsons could pay as much as $40 million to 9,000 workers who claim they were illegally denied benefits during the 2003-04 lockout and strike, after two separate class actions were certified by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge William Highberger on Tuesday.
