The U.S. Supreme Court decided Tuesday to examine under what circumstances child abuse investigators can go to a school and interview a suspected victim.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court decided Tuesday to examine under what circumstances child abuse investigators can go to a school and interview a suspected victim.

The case comes out of Deschutes County, Ore., but the December 2009 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that places limits on what investigators can do affects the entire circuit.
