Slam Dunk

By Nicholas Young The unification movement was first espoused nearly 100 years ago by legal theorist and educator Roscoe Pound in a speech before the American Bar Association when he attacked the "multiplicity of courts as characteristic of archaic law." Finally, California's trial court judiciary is correctly putting unification into practice.
