Jury Awards $15M To Paralyzed Man

A Los Angeles County Superior Court jury Wednesday awarded $15 million to a Covina couple - nearly $12 million to the husband, who was paralyzed when a tire on his Ford Aerostar van blew out, causing the vehicle to lose control and roll over.
