June Schnacke, State's First Female DA, Dies

SAN FRANCISCO - June Borina Schnacke, who in 1947 became California's first female district attorney, died unexpectedly June 5, the sixth anniversary of the death of her husband, U.S. District Judge Robert Schnacke. She was 80.
