Rescue Workers Hurt on Job By Other Workers Can't Sue

SAN DIEGO - Fire and water have something in common now that the 4th District Court of Appeal has ruled. Emergency rescue workers who battle to save lives in both of those elements won't be able to sue, if they're injured on the job by safety workers from other agencies in a joint operation.
