Double Standards Exacerbate Racial Divide

Dicta: The Bookshelf Harvey Gee David Cole's thesis is straightforward: R ace plays an improper role in the administration of criminal justice. His objective in "No Equal Justice: Race and Class in the American Criminal Justice System" is to debunk the myth of equality before the law. Cole suggests that if nothing significant is done, the problem of racial inequality will exacerbate the crime problem and the racial divide.
