Microsoft, 98-1232 (D. D.C., filed May 18, 1998). The conclusion that Microsoft violated state and federal antitrust laws was no surprise, given the damaging findings of fact Jackson had entered Nov. 5. There, the court accepted the government's contentions that Microsoft had engaged in widespread and continuous anti-competitive conduct.
