Prison Education Program Fails Due to Poor Teaching

Forum: By Pablo Agrio California, like many other states in this country, subscribes to the philosophy that the purpose of incarceration is punishment - plain and simple. In their wisdom, however, the policy-makers decided that part of punishment is mandatory education.
