Judges Allow Discovery in Holocaust Case

In a move cheered by the heirs of Holocaust victims whose death-benefit claims were denied by European insurance companies, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned a lower court's decision that had prevented the heirs from pursuing discovery to establish a German insurer's presence in California.
