Lady Liberty Is Far Too Graphic for The Capital of Porn Movie-Making

On Monday - the same day that the conservative and mostly geriatric U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Congress had violated free speech rights by imposing overly broad restrictions on sex-oriented cable channels - lawyers for a Los Angeles artist planned to file an appeal arguing that the First Amendment protects the public display of a picture of the Statue of Liberty.
