Supreme Court Hears Suit Over Prisoner's $177 in Lost Property

WASHINGTON - An unlikely dispute between a federal prisoner and the U.S. government over $177 made it to the U.S. Supreme Court Monday, with the help of a Los Angeles attorney who argued that the inmate ought to be able sue prison officials for mishandling his belongings.
