Environmental group uses Prop. 65 to go after fracking wastewater wells in Central Valley

The Center for Environmental Health is preparing a novel lawsuit against a company for allegedly violating the state's consumer protection law Prop. 65 by discharging toxic fracking wastewater into a drinking water source.
