Attorney hacking suit allowed to proceed

Workers' compensation law firm Reyes & Barsoum LLP accused its opposing counsel of hacking a cloud-based site to view attorney-privileged documents.

A suit accusing civil litigation firm Knox Ricksen LLP of illegally accessing opposing
counsel's attorney-privileged documents was allowed to proceed Thursday by Los Angeles
County Superior Court Judge Barbara A. Meiers.
