In possibly significant case, state high court to mull charities' challenge to man's will

Two charities are asking the state Supreme Court to allow them to use outside evidence to challenge the interpretation of a man's will, a case that may have a significant impact on probate law.

By the sound of his will, Irving Duke didn't want his relatives getting any of his
money. If any heir tried to challenge the will and inherit part of his fortune, "then
I hereby give and bequeath to such a person or persons the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
