On Feb. 25, the U.S. Supreme Court filed its opinion in the case of In North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners v. Federal Trade Commission, upholding the finding of the FTC that North Carolina's Board of Dental Examiners engaged in an anticompetitive and unfair method of competition under the Federal Trade Commission Act.
