Ad networks for kids must carefully navigate privacy regulations

Advertising networks and online video services specifically designed for media directed at children are giving peace of mind to web and app developers, but attorneys say they can still be held responsible for any advertising misdeeds.

has created fertile ground for companies that essentially outsource privacy compliance
for app and Web designers. But attorneys say any missteps by a third-party advertiser
