High Court May Take Privacy Case

The U.S. Supreme Court will announce as early as Monday whether they'll consider a San Francico pilot's lawsuit against the government for its disclosure of his HIV-positive status.

WASHINGTON - A San Francisco pilot paid a $1,000 fine, served probation and lost his flying license for hiding his HIV-positive status from the Federal Aviation Administration. But he wants the government to pay for the mental anguish that followed the disclosure of his medical condition - and the U.S. Supreme Court may have the final say on the matter.
