Where Do I File My Bid Protest?

The 4th District Court of Appeals has served up a decision that asks: Is a public bidding system adequate if there isn't a bid protest system? Sometimes you read a published decision that is quote worthy. It's like walking into that apple orchard in the fall and all you have to do is just reach up and grab a ripe, juicy quote...er apple. This is such a decision and it ventures into territory that has been begging to be explored.
