Court Says Metrolink Owes $4 Million for Oil Spill

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal appellate court Monday upheld a $4.65 million damage verdict against Southern California's Metrolink for the 1995 puncture of a crude oil pipeline near Norwalk that spewed 45,000 gallons of oil, allowing a small amount to contaminate a local river.
