Colorado First To Go Online

DENVER - The first segment of the nation's first statewide electronic court filing system is now online. Attorneys filing cases in in Arapahoe County on Denver's eastside formally could file electronically last week. The remaining counties in the 18th Judicial District - Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln - are to be wired on Monday, said Steve Loftis, project coordinator for the Colorado Judicial Department.
