Judge Pokes at Weakness in Backdating Case

The prosecution's case against former Brocade Communications Systems CEO Gregory Reyes in the first criminal stock options backdating trial is in jeopardy. A skeptical federal judge Friday ordered prosectutors to file papers outlining the evidence they want him to rely on when considering a defense motion to dismiss all 10 felony counts against Reyes.
