Jury Convicts Civil Rights Lawyer of Tax Evasion, Fraud

A federal jury convicted prominent civil-rights attorney Stephen G. Yagman on 19 felony counts for hiding assets and gaming the bankruptcy system in a scheme to avoid paying debts to the IRS and other creditors. Yagman could face nearly seven years in prison.
