High court preserves greenhouse gas regulations

The U.S. Supreme Court largely upheld one of the Obama administration's key efforts to fight climate change on Monday, but did so while rebuking regulators for overstepping their authority.


The case is one of a handful the high court has handled in recent years on how far the Environmental Protection Agency can go in using the Clean Air Act to control greenhouse gas emissions.
