San Jose judge blasts proposed no-poach settlement

SAN JOSE - U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh on Thursday blasted the arguments of attorneys who defended a $324.5 million antitrust settlement between a group of Silicon Valley giants and a class of 64,000 technology industry workers.
