Class action seeks same amount of attorney fees after reversal

After the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed and remanded his approval of a class action settlement over Hewlett-Packard Co.'s inkjet printers, the attorneys have come back asking for the same amount.

SAN JOSE - A federal judge is in a pickle. After the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed and remanded his approval of a class action settlement over Hewlett-Packard Co.'s inkjet printers, primarily for tying $1.5 million in attorney fees to coupons not yet redeemed, the attorneys have come back asking for the same amount.
