State AGs Weigh in on Climate Change Bill

Attorney General Jerry Brown and four other state attorneys general have urged the U.S. Senate to ensure states can enforce violations of any future law and move aggressively to combat global warming.

Attorney General Jerry Brown, and four other state attorneys general concerned about pending federal climate change legislation, have urged the U.S. Senate to ensure states can strongly enforce violations of any future law, as well as move more aggressively than federal mandates to combat global warming.
