Argentine Victims Can't Sue in U.S.

Plaintiffs who allege they were kidnapped, detained or tortured by Argentinean state agents at the direction of Mercedes Benz Argentina in the 1970s cannot pursue their claims in U.S. district court, a federal appellate court ruled Friday.
