Ruling Against Landlord Fee Could Reverberate

In a move that could have statewide impact, San Diego landlords will be getting immediate relief, following a decision Tuesday by the 4th District Court of Appeal that the city has been unconstitutionally taxing them. But for other businesses, it's uncertain how this will play out.
