More Action, Less Talk in Heller Collection Plan

SAN FRANCISCO - Heller Ehrman sued a former client Wednesday for unpaid legal fees, marking the first such lawsuit the firm has filed since declaring bankruptcy in December. The move signals a shift in the firm's collections strategy: More action, less talk.
