WD-40 acquires Scripps Ranch building for $10.7 million

The seller was represented by Brian Mulvaney and Garrett Fena of Voit Real Estate Services.

WD-40 Co. (Nasdaq: WDFC) acquired the Scripps Innovation Center at 9715 Businesspark Avenue in Scripps Ranch for $10.67 million.

The seller was 9715 Businesspark Ave. LLC, a unit of Hills Properties of La Jolla.

The seller was represented by Brian Mulvaney and Garrett Fena of Voit Real Estate Services.

No broker for the buyer was identified by The CoStar Group.
