Stanford Dean Barred From Toyota Case

A federal judge in Santa Ana has refused to allow Stanford Law School Dean Larry D. Kramer to represent Toyota in a high-profile class-action because he has not passed the California bar.

A federal judge last week sunk the chances of Stanford Law School Dean Larry D. Kramer representing Toyota Motor Corp. in the massive, much-watched class action over allegations of unintended acceleration.
