Extensity of Public Offering is Expanding

Emeryville's Extensity Inc. commenced an initial public offering of 4 million shares of common stock. Though the expected offering price was estimated at $20 per share, first-day opening price rose to $75 per share, causing the transaction to be worth up to $300 million.
