Stock - On Dec. 15, the U.S. attorney in Los Angeles indicted Ralphs Grocery Co. for a slew of criminal acts allegedly committed before, during and after the 2003-04 Southern California supermarket strike and lockout. A little over a year earlier, the National Labor Relations Board partially dismissed charges by the unions based on the same alleged activity.
