Judge Rules Police Coerced Witness for Cop-Killing Trial

SANTA ANA - An Orange County Superior Court judge ruled Monday that false statements by a witness in the case of slain Garden Grove police officer Howard Dallies Jr. were the result of coercion by police officers who interviewed the witness.
