Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye seems to embrace the concept of collegiality as much as her predecessor, Ronald George.


Speaking at a symposium at Santa Clara University School of Law Wednesday evening, the new chief justice emphasized that a collegial court is important to the law, as well as to the public perception of the judiciary.
